Join the CRC at Greenfield Community College for the opportunity to offer public comment at the Hybrid Public Hearing on MassDEP's DRAFT 401 Water Quality Certification decision for FirstLight.

The third opportunity for public participation in the 401 WQC process is an official hybrid public hearing and a written public comment period on a DRAFT WQC decision, which is available at the link provided below. Please note that public hearings are solely for the purpose of MassDEP receiving public comments, not engaging in dialogue or a question-and-answer session with the public.

The hybrid public hearing will occur on February 19, 2025, at 6:00 pm, at the Cohn Family Dining Commons, Greenfield Community College, One College Drive, Greenfield, MA. As the hearing is hybrid, members of the public can participate in-person or remotely. Ground rules for the hearing will be published on this MassDEP webpage a week before the hearing.
